Wedding Day Coordination is included in both of my planning packages & also offered alone. I think it's the most important component of every wedding, it involves my attendance for the setup and day itself. It's often underestimated the work that goes in behind the scenes on the day as well as the potential for unforeseen problems, which I will discreetly handle, keeping the day running smoothly.

Final Meeting - A final meeting will take place before the wedding date to run through the timeline of the day.

Supplier Liaison - I will continue communications with all of your suppliers to ensure every aspect goes as planned; they arrive at the right place, with the right items at the right time.

Wedding Venue Check - I will visit your venue before the wedding to ensure everything is as you planned.

The Coordination - I will coordinate the order of events including the ceremony, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting & first dance.
